Terms and Conditions

General

All tours include pick-up and return to your home or hotel in the Canberra Region.  If you prefer you can finish a tour at a restaurant, tourist venue or other location of your choosing.  

Tours (especially the Canberra sightseeing tours) can include a fair amount of walking, stairs and uneven ground so please let us know of any mobility issues or concerns at the time of booking so we can accommodate you.  You should wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather in Canberra which ranges from very hot in summer to very cold in winter.

Hire for formal or wedding tours include pick-up in the Canberra region and transport to event venue.  Can include stops for photographs at another location.

The RAM can carry up to four guests while the maximum number for the HSV is three adult guests.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking so we can include appropriate lunch options.  Bottled water is provided on all tours.

Costs/Fees

The following example costs are for both the RAM and HSV.

• Formals or weddings are charged at $180 for the first hour with a minimum one hour hire.
• Half day (four hour) Canberra winery tours start at $590 for up to two people, $690 for three people and $790 for four people.  
• Half day (four hour) Canberra sightseeing tours start at $390 for up to two people, $450 for three people, and $510 for four people.
• Or let us design a custom tour by combining some sightseeing (e.g. a tour of Parliament House and Mt Ainslie lookout), some wineries, and a fine dining lunch.  Endless options - Prices on application.
• Additional hours are charged at $150 per hour for winery tours, and $100 per hour for sightseeing tours, irrespective of the number of customers.
• Additional services, dining options, or special requests available - just ask and we will do our best to make your tour exceptional.

Admission fees, special event tickets and venue guided tour costs are not included in your CSV Tour fee.  

Payment

We accept credit card or direct deposit/PayID payment at the time of booking.  At least 50 per cent of the total tour cost is to be paid at time of booking with full payment required 7 days before tour/event.  Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days' notice will forfeit the 50 per cent deposit. 

Payment for bookings within 7 days of the tour/event can be made by cash or direct deposit/PayID.

In the vehicles

Seat belts must be worn at all times and children must be under adult supervision.

Eating, drinking alcohol and smoking are not permitted in the vehicles.

Our vehicles are fitted with front and rear facing 'dash' cameras that record external video, and external and internal audio.

Antisocial or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and anyone acting inappropriately will be refused carriage.
